Billing questions
What happens after my 15-day trial?
On day 16, your card is automatically charged for your selected plan. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before. You can change plans or cancel anytime from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds on partial months — see our Cancellation Policy.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (16% savings). You can switch between monthly and annual anytime.
