The free trial, and what happens on day 16

What the 15 days include, when the card is charged, and how to stop it.

Choosing a plan

After you create your company the app asks for one. Every plan starts the same way: 15 days free.

A card is saved at that point and nothing is charged. It is held so that on day 16 the service does not stop in the middle of your work.

Day 16

Your plan is charged automatically, at the price shown when you chose it. Three days before, we email the address on your company profile saying the date and the amount.

Cancelling before you are charged

Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancel any time before day 16 and nothing is taken. The card was never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

If a payment fails

The app pauses and sends you to the plan screen — nothing is deleted, and everything is exactly where you left it once the card goes through. The Manage or cancel billing button on that screen opens the same billing portal, so you can fix the card or cancel even while the app is paused.

One trial per company

The 15 days are given once. Cancelling and coming back later starts the plan straight away rather than another free period.

A second company

A company added inside a multi-company subscription is already paid for and is not asked for a plan or a card. See Run several companies on one subscription.
