Clocking in
Time clock. Pick the employee, pick the site, Clock in. Clock out ends it. The page shows who is on the clock and since when.
Sites and geofences
A site can have a geofence — a radius around the job. Someone clocking in from outside it is marked Outside, not blocked. The record is what matters; deciding what it means is a conversation, not something software should refuse.
Timesheets
Timesheets shows the entries for a period. Hours allocated to a project become that project's labour cost, and flow into a pay run instead of being retyped.
Enrolling people
Only enrolled employees appear in the picker. If the list is empty, add them under Payroll first.
