Have Runny check something every week on its own

Questions you would ask if you remembered to. Runny asks them and emails the answer.

Settings → Runny on a schedule → Schedule a question.

·Name — becomes the subject line of the email.
·The question — ask it the way you would say it out loud. It does not have to be a report that already exists: "which customers have not bought anything since March" works.
·How often — daily, weekly or monthly, and at what hour.
·Email the answer to — yours by default.

Every run is kept, so you can compare this week with last week, and so a task that appears to do nothing can be told apart from one that is failing. Press Last answers on any task to see them.

What it will not do

A scheduled run reads and reports. It cannot send anything to your customers, and any draft it happens to produce is discarded.

Chasing customers automatically is a different setting — Reminders — where the messages are ones you approved once and the system stops on its own. That is deliberately not the same thing as an assistant improvising an email at six in the morning with nobody watching.
