Sell something with a link, without raising an invoice

A reusable URL that takes money and posts the sale. No invoice, no receivable.

Payment links → New link.

·What is being sold — the title on the payment page.
·Amount — Fixed, or Payer chooses for a deposit or a "pay what you owe me".
·Tax rate if it applies.
·Lands in — the revenue account this sale belongs to. Chosen per link, because a business selling two unrelated things wants them in two different accounts and deciding at payment time is deciding too late.
·Optionally an expiry date and a maximum number of uses.

Share the URL. Paste it into WhatsApp, put it on a sign, send it in an email.

Why this is not an invoice

An invoice records money owed — it opens accounts receivable and waits. Here the money arrives in the same motion as the sale, so nothing is ever owed. It posts as a sales receipt: money in, revenue up, done. Forcing it through an invoice would create a receivable settled a second later by its own payment.

Reusable by design

The same link can be paid forty times by forty people. Each payment is its own record.
