The Multi plan covers up to ten companies. Core and Complete cover one.
Starting
Create your first company and choose the Multi plan for it. That company holds the subscription — its card pays, and its invoices are the only ones you get.
Adding the others
Settings → Multi-company. It shows how many places the plan covers and how many are used — 2 of 10 companies — and a button, Add a company.
That opens the same form you filled in the first time: name, country, entity type, tax id, address. The company that comes out of it is a real, separate company, and it is billed inside the subscription you already pay. Nothing extra is charged, and there is no second trial to run out.
What is separate, and what is shared
Separate: the books. Each company has its own chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bank connections, projects, employees and reports. Nothing crosses between them, and a report in one never counts a figure from another.
Shared: who pays, and the plan's monthly allowances. Runny questions, AI estimates and assistant minutes are one pool for the whole subscription — Business includes 700 Runny questions across your companies, not 700 each. Going over is charged in blocks as usual, once, to the company that holds the plan.
Moving between them
Signing in shows the list. Inside the app, the company name at the top left switches at any time — the article Work in several companies with one login has the detail.
Taking a company out
Settings → Multi-company → Remove, on the company holding the subscription. The company keeps every row it has — nothing is deleted. What it loses is the plan: from then on it is billed on its own and will be asked to choose one. Removing frees a place for another company.
If you are already paying twice
Companies created before you moved to Business each have a subscription of their own. Adding them to one plan is not automatic — cancel the extra subscriptions first, then ask support to attach the companies, because attaching a company that still has an active subscription would leave you paying both.
What the assistant knows
Ask Runny "how many companies can I add" and it answers with your real count — the plan, the places used and what is left.
