Fleet → Add vehicle. Each one can be assigned to a person.
Add stop builds a route: an address and, if it matters, a time to arrive by. The driver gets the day as a list they work through.
Where a vehicle went is recorded, so active days, average visit and time on site come from what happened rather than from what somebody remembered at five o'clock.
Turning a day into money
Stops can be checked against what has been invoiced. Already invoiced marks the ones that are done; what is left is work delivered and not yet billed, which is the most expensive thing a service business loses track of.
What it is not
This is not a surveillance tool and reading it as one will cost you a driver. It answers "did we get there, and did we bill for it".
