Deliveries is for who gets what delivered today. (Fleet & GPS is where the trucks are — the two are separate on purpose.)
Setup, once
·Hubs: where routes start. Teams: groups of drivers. Drivers: an employee with a login, vehicle type and capacity.
·Notifications: the texts recipients get — when the driver starts, when they are close, when it is done or failed. Templates are editable.
·Proof: what a completion requires — photo, signature, barcode scan, age check — and the reasons a driver can pick when a delivery fails.
Every day
1.Create tasks — pickup or dropoff: recipient and phone, address, notes, a time window, quantity. By hand, by clicking the map, by CSV import with column mapping, or by cloning yesterday's.
2.Assign: drag tasks onto a driver, or Auto-assign by closest driver or shortest route.
3.Optimize order on a driver reorders the day around time windows and tells you which stops cannot make their window — move those to another driver.
4.Manifest and labels print as PDF with a QR per task.
The driver
Opens /deliveries/drive on the phone, goes on duty (GPS every few seconds), works the list in order: Start (an ETA is computed once), navigate, Complete with photo, signature, scan or notes — or Fail with a reason. History shows the last two weeks.
The recipient
A text with a tracking link: live map, ETA, contactless signature, and a rating after delivery.
What it counts against
Delivery tasks are metered: 300 a month on Complete, 750 on Multi, extra blocks of 250 for $29. Core does not include Deliveries.
