Runny answers questions, but it also does work. Say it in your own words — typed, or with the microphone.
Sending something that already exists
Runny finds the document, shows you which one it found, who it is about, the amount, and the exact addresses it will go to. Nothing leaves until you press Send it.
If several documents match — three unpaid invoices for the same customer — it lists them and asks which. It does not guess, because a document sent to the wrong customer cannot be taken back.
Putting something in the calendar
You get a card with the date, the customer if you named one, and the alert. Reminders default to 15 minutes before — one that fires as the thing starts is a notification, not a reminder.
Why it always asks first
Everything Runny does arrives as a proposal you approve. Dictation misheard is dictation acted on: "mil quinientos" and "mil cincuenta" differ by one syllable and four hundred and fifty dollars, and an email cannot be recalled.
The confirmation is not a tax on the feature. Saying "invoice Pedro fifteen hundred for the kitchen tile" and glancing at a filled-in invoice is faster than opening the page, finding the customer and adding a line.
What it will not do
Create a new document and send it in one breath without showing you. Ask for the invoice and you get a draft to look at; ask to send it and you get the addresses to check. Both steps are yours.
