1.Upload photos of the job and describe what the customer wants.
2.It analyses them — measurements, materials, quantities and prices. The status moves through Analyzing to Ready, or to Needs input if something cannot be worked out from the pictures.
3.Everything it produced is editable. Change quantities, prices, add lines, delete lines.
4.Turn it into a real estimate and send it.
The render
It can also generate a picture of the finished work to show the customer. That needs an image key configured on the server; without one everything else still works and only the render button is unavailable.
What to trust
Treat the measurements as a first draft by somebody who has seen a photo, not by somebody who has been to the site. It is fast to correct and much faster than starting from an empty form — but the price you send is yours, not its.
