Build it
1.Forms in the sidebar → pick a preset on the right (new customer, new patient, vehicle drop-off, salon consultation, waiver, job request) or Blank form.
2.Add fields. Each one has a type, a label, Required, and Lands on — where the answer goes on the customer record (name, phone, email, address, notes, or Extra data, kept by label).
3.Add a consent line and tick Requires signature if they have to sign. Tick Sensitive for medical forms: files stay private and nothing from the answers is ever put in a text.
4.Save.
To have a customer sign a PDF you already use, upload it with Upload PDF in the builder; they read it and sign underneath.
Send it
·On a customer's page, press Send a form: choose the form, and Text, Email or Link (to paste anywhere). Same button on an appointment, and in a Messages thread the 🧾 picker inserts a form link.
·Or ask Runny: "send Karim the new patient form".
·For the front desk, switch on Public link in the builder and print the QR. The public form finds or creates the customer from the phone or email typed.
What the customer sees
One column, big fields, works on any phone, no app. Progress is saved as they go. They draw the signature with a finger and type their name. When they submit, they can download a copy.
Where it lands
·The customer's page, under Forms — every form sent and every one completed, with the answers, files, the signature and a PDF.
·Forms → Answers for everything across customers.
·Whoever sent it gets an email. If a link is not filled in within 24 hours, the customer gets one reminder.
