Renders in the sidebar. If it is missing, switch it on under Settings → Modules.
1.New board — one per job. Tie it to a customer, project or estimate if there is one.
2.Add photos of the space (or a sketch; or nothing, and describe it).
3.Pick a style, tick what changes (paint, floors, kitchen, roof, fence, pool, furnish an empty room, remove clutter…), and tap Materials & colours — paint names with swatches, floors, counters, cabinets, roofing, siding, plants — to write them into the instructions.
4.Optional: paint a mask on the photo so only that region changes.
5.Choose 1–3 variations and Generate.
Then: Iterate on a result, compare before / after with the slider, ★ the favourite, set the cover, download.
Sharing
·Share to portal on a render puts it in the client's project portal.
·Share link on a board makes a public page (/r/…) with before/after — for the homeowner, the listing agent, anyone without a portal. Turn it off any time.
·Clients can ask for a render from their portal; you can let those generate automatically.
·Create estimate opens the AI estimator with the photo and the favourite render already attached.
What it costs
Renders come out of the plan's "images the AI draws": 10 a month on Core, 40 on Complete, 80 on Multi, 25 more for $12 — shared with marketing artwork. Settings → Usage shows the count.
