1.Open Hiring and press New position. Tell the assistant who you need, in your own words; answer its few questions. It writes the ad in English and Spanish, the must-haves, the yes/no questions that end a conversation early, and the short questionnaire.
2.Look over the draft and press Create the position. Check the Posting tab if you want to change anything, then press Open the position. On Complete, three positions can be open at once; each one beyond that is an extra for the month and the screen tells you the price before opening it.
3.Publish tab: post the ad on Indeed (copy the title and the text). Where Indeed asks how to receive applications, choose "external website" and paste your job page — applications then arrive here directly. Or forward Indeed's application emails to the address the position gives you.
4.From here on nothing is manual: every resume is read against your requirements and scored with the reasons written down; the ones that fit get a text and an email with the questionnaire; the answers re-score them; from the interview score, the first few get the link to book an interview on your calendar. You get an email each time somebody answers and when an interview is booked.
5.Any candidate can be moved by hand from their card: send the questionnaire, invite to interview, set aside, bring back, hired. Nothing the system did is final.
Texts leave from your business line, so the carrier registration (Settings) has to be approved; until then the questionnaire and the interview link go by email.
