An appointment can be tied to a customer and a project, so it appears on their profile page too.
Reminders
An appointment can remind the customer by email or WhatsApp before it happens. It goes out on its own.
Booking links
Booking links creates a public page where a customer picks a time from your real availability — nobody emails back and forth about Tuesday.
Each link has its own name, length and hours. Share the URL, or let the virtual assistant offer it: with Offer a booking link switched on, somebody who calls asking for an appointment is texted the link during the call.
Your own calendar app
Sync my calendar gives you a URL to subscribe to from Google, Apple or Outlook. It is read-only — it shows what is here, it does not pull things in.
