Settings → Usage shows all of it: what you have used this month, what your plan includes, and every extra charge with the reason.
The six things that are counted
Runny questions · AI transaction categorization · AI-built estimates · virtual assistant minutes · marketing emails sent · campaign designs the AI draws.
The renders that come with an AI estimate are not counted as designs — those are part of building the estimate and are already covered by it.
Everything else is unlimited. Bank transactions in particular are never capped — those arrive from your bank whether you want them or not, and a limit on them would mean your books stop being complete.
When you pass an allowance
Nothing stops working. The extra is charged in whole blocks:
Only the meters you actually passed are charged, and only in whole blocks. Unused allowance does not roll into next month.
Emails are counted per email, not per campaign
One campaign to 2,000 customers is 2,000 emails. That is what your email provider bills, so it is what we count — otherwise a business with two hundred customers and one with twenty thousand would be paying the same for very different things.
Campaigns are capped, and that cap is not for sale
Your plan sets how many campaigns you can send in a month, and no plan allows more than two in any seven days. This one limit cannot be lifted by paying.
It exists because every RunGrid customer sends from the same reputation. One business sending daily would put everybody else's mail in the spam folder — so this is the one place where money does not move the line.
Several companies on one subscription
The allowances are shared across them, and any excess is charged once, to the company that holds the plan.
